Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GimmeLeads ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Description of Service
GimmeLeads is a lead discovery platform that helps you find potential business clients by searching publicly available business listing data from sources including Google Maps. The Service allows you to:
- Search for businesses by location and category
- View business details such as names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and review counts
- Save leads for follow-up — all through a credit-based system
Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Credits and Searches
The Service operates on a credit-based model. Browsing and filtering results is free. Searching for leads consumes credits.
- Monthly plan credits are allocated each billing cycle and expire when your plan renews.
- One-time credit top-ups never expire and remain in your account until used.
- Viewing a previously searched lead does not consume additional credits.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use lead data for spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data obtained through the Service without authorization
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
- Attempt to circumvent credit requirements, rate limits, or security measures
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service
Data Accuracy
GimmeLeads surfaces business data from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Businesses may have closed, moved, or changed their contact details since the data was last refreshed. You are responsible for verifying data accuracy before relying on it for outreach or business decisions.
If you encounter a verified data issue — such as a permanently closed business, duplicate listing, or clearly incorrect contact information — contact us at support@gimmeleads.io with the lead details and reason. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Business Listing Removal
Business owners may request removal or correction of their listing by contacting us at support@gimmeleads.io. We process removal requests promptly.
Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
- Subscription refunds are available within the first 7 days of a new subscription or renewal. After 7 days, the current billing period is non-refundable.
- One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable except for verified system errors.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by GimmeLeads and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Lead data you access through the Service may be exported and used in your own workflows, CRM tools, and outreach campaigns.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GimmeLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
